What is it?
Online therapy is a convenient and highly-effective method of therapy. A considerable amount of research shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions.
How does it work?
In the same way that in-person therapy works but we’re not in the same room. Simply click on the link that has been sent to you at our designated meeting time and we’ll meet via secure video.
What to expect:
At our scheduled time and using your computer or phone, log into a secure video platform. As with in-person therapy, we can decide that sessions will be ongoing and once a week, on an as-needed basis or intensive (multiple times a week or 2 or 3 hour sessions for a short period of time).
